REFER & EARN WITH INVENTAA

1. Program Overview

The Inventaa Referral Program allows registered users to earn referral rewards by sharing their unique referral code with new customers. When a new customer places a valid order using the referral code, the referrer becomes eligible to earn a reward as per the active referral policy.

2. Eligibility

• The referral program is available to registered Inventaa users only.
• The referred customer must be a new customer who has not previously placed an order with Inventaa.
• Self-referrals are strictly not allowed.

Inventaa reserves the right to verify customer authenticity before approving rewards.

3. Reward Structure

• The referrer earns a percentage of the final paid order value (after discounts, taxes, and adjustments).
• The applicable reward percentage may vary during promotional campaigns.
• Rewards are calculated only on successfully completed orders.

4. Reward Crediting

• Referral rewards are credited only after the referred order is successfully delivered.
• If the order is cancelled, returned, refunded, or partially refunded, the reward will not be credited or may be reversed.
• Reward processing may take up to 3–7 working days after delivery confirmation.

5. Withdrawals

• Rewards can be transferred to the registered bank account provided by the user.
• Transfers are processed within 3–5 working days after approval.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate bank details.

Inventaa will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect account information.

6. Misuse & Fraud

Inventaa reserves the right to:

• Cancel rewards in cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse of the referral system.
• Modify, restrict, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to manipulate the system may result in permanent disqualification.

7. Modifications

Inventaa may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. Continued participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Liability

Referral rewards are promotional benefits and do not constitute employment, partnership, financial investment, or legal tender. Inventaa’s decision regarding referral validation and reward eligibility shall be final.
